The Turning Wheels Foundation is currently accepting applications for children who reside in the Chicago metropolitan area (Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kankakee, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, Will Counties) with a family income of $100,000 or less. All applications are reviewed by the Board and typically range between $500 and $1000.

Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton, IL 60187. If you would like to receive a paper application in the mail please send us an email and provide your address.
After awarding grants, the Turning Wheels Foundation will work directly with your service provider to ensure they understand the grant award funding and process for claiming service costs against the award. The Turning Wheels Foundation will pay service providers directly for the portions of the services covered by the grant.
